The most contemporary of business facilities in a relaxed setting. The Parkview room sits opposite Metcalfe Park, Darling Island Wharf.  Our venue takes inspiration from the advances and ethos of our six-star green-star building. Natural light fills three of our meeting rooms accommodating 10 - 200 guests, equipped to the highest standards and managed by an experienced events team. Blackout facilities are also available.

All rooms are air-conditioned and offer conference organisers and delegates the ideal venue for company training, product launches, incentives or meeting facilities.

The outdoor promenade area overlooking Pyrmont Bay is a spectacular welcome to the venue. Enjoy magnificent views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge while entertaining your guests with pre event drinks and canapés.

As the pace of business meetings and conferences continues to increase, informal areas to encourage relaxation and relationship building are essential. Our outdoor promenade is an ideal breakout area, with comfortable and contemporary furniture.
The outdoor space is great for delegates to catch some private time, or for those that seek an informal meeting area.

Contemporary furniture and terrazzo planter pots with green hedging create a relaxed environment for your guests to soak up the atmosphere while overlooking the beautiful Sydney city skyline.

Clean lines and finishes are balanced with eco friendly materials and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology. The acoustic-inlaid operable doors in the event centre can be manipulated to redesign the space in a plethora of different configurational layouts – transforming the building into an architectural Rubik’s cube.

The designer colour palette of charcoal, silver, black and white employed throughout the site and gleaming glass facades, gives the space incredible flexibility and allows the iconic Sydney Harbour to take centre stage - a location rapidly becoming a Doltone House signature.

Doltone House Darling Island Wharf is situated directly across the road from Star City Casino and only minutes from our Jones Bay Wharf venue, and Darling Harbour precinct.  The venue is within easy walking distance of the CBD, restaurants, shopping and all the attractions that Sydney city has to offer. There are many hotels nearby with a wide variety of accommodation styles.

Conveniently situated on street level and directly on the foreshore of the Harbour, Doltone House Darling Island Wharf may be accessed by boat, water taxi, ferry, light rail, monorail, bus, taxi or private transport. 

Ample parking is also available directly across from the venue.

Considering the proximity of our venues to the water, Doltone House can assist with all water arrival and departures for functions held at either of our Pyrmont venues - Jones Bay Wharf or Darling Island Wharf. Doltone House can recommend vessels that can be privately hired at any time of the day or night for transfer from any City Wharf directly to Casino Wharf – opposite Star City Casino, (directly at the foot of our entrance to our Darling Island Wharf venue).

We encourage you to assist in minimising the impact on the environment by taking practical steps to attain an environmentally sustainable transport system to the venue.

In order to reduce air, noise and water pollution from roads, rail, marine and aviation sources we need to decrease the use of private motor vehicles and increase the use of cycling, walking and public transport. We are pleased to provide you with details of all methods of transport for your convenience and to help the environment where possible. Our Green Policy

We are proud to be housed in the first 6 star green-star rated building in NSW. The environmental initiatives utilised in the building are nothing short of inspirational. This has led the Doltone House Group to create a unique set of policies and plans for the internal fit-out of the venue to ensure they compliment those of the building.

By adopting and expanding on the principles and philosophies of the building, Doltone House aims to lead the way into the future by providing the greenest venue in New South Wales.

Following this is the ongoing educational process of staff training to ensure sustainability is highlighted in operational practices.
