Nestled on the upper deck of Pyrmont Point’s restored Jones Bay Wharf, the Heritage Wharf is a unique event space that has been transformed from its industrial origins into a modern designer space with charming heritage features.

The loft design incorporates existing timber beams and a blend of heritage and contemporary features. The venue offers a unique event experience with great ambiance and aesthetic appeal, and may be transformed into any theme, with its high truss ceilings and pillar less floor space.

In addition to the 840sqm of Heritage Wharf event space, is a sleek and stylish interior split over three levels. Doltone Loft is a unique and private space for exclusive use. The interior space comprises polished wooden floors, white gold mosaic tiles and large marble bar. The amazing lighting features hung from the original timber beams give the space an ambience that enlightens the surroundings for your guests.

The mezzanine and private loft areas are the ideal setting for smaller events, from an intimate corporate business lunch to a funky industry gathering, a cocktail party extravaganza or black tie gala dinner.

Business is always a pleasure when conducted at Doltone House. Our magnificently appointed Piermont Boardroom is designed as the ultimate place for conducting executive meetings. It is vibrant and creative with an abundance of natural light and an amazing view of our outdoor deck overlooking the Sydney Harbour.

Equipped with a wall mounted plasma screen, black out facilities and accommodating up to 12 guests, this stylish and contemporary business environment is the ideal venue for impressing clients and closing deals.  It can also be used as an additional breakout room or set up as your meeting room during your event in the Heritage Wharf

The Deck area extends to the Doltone Loft and adjoins to its own private balcony, a perfect start to your event for pre-drinks or out door setting. The Deck is ideal for welcome registrations and breakout sessions during the day.  A stunning backdrop for press conferences adding to the photo gallery of your event.

The look is of a contemporary heritage wharf restoration and loft design with an architectural interior that celebrates the building's rich historical elements appreciating its original design and structure.

Features of the decor include the original steel and timber trusses along with the large heritage cargo doors. The event space is fully carpeted, which compliments the venues warm chocolate and taupe colour palette. The perimeter of the glass enclosure also features cavity up-lighting to emphasise the heritage charm of the venue.

The venue may be accessed by boat, water taxi, ferry, light rail, monorail, bus or private transport.

Parking is available directly across the road from the venue in the Wilson/Jones Bay Wharf Car Park or at Star City Casino. You may enter the venue from the street level stairs or dedicated lift on Pirrama Road.
