In 2009 the Doltone House Group introduced Signorelli Gastronomia, its second venture in the Darling Island Wharf precinct. The award-winning Signorelli Gastronomia is a food and wine manifesto where visitors can buy, taste and learn about premium food and beverage.

Located in the heart of Pyrmont, visitors will find food products on display in a sophisticated marketplace environment. This is much more than just a food store. Enjoy some foods grown within a 100 mile radius of Pyrmont that respects local farmers, maintaining a menu that is seasonal and diverse. We also offer a selection of products that are from the best international regions.

We have created a food and wine emporium where our customer can actively participate in a relaxed journey of discovery, which brings them closer to an understanding of quality foods and boutique wines.

Here you can follow taste itineraries or wander through dedicated wine and cheese rooms, attend courses in food education or take part in live cooking demonstration classes held by renowned chefs.

Signorelli Gastronomia is nestled within The Accenture/Google building directly across the road from Star City Casino. Accessed via Trouton Place the entrance is opposite Metcalfe Park. Only minutes from the Jones Bay Wharf venue, and Darling Harbour precinct, the venue is within easy walking distance of the CBD, restaurants, shopping and all the attractions that Sydney city has to offer.
