Doltone House Sylvania Waters offers a great indoor setting by day with an abundance of natural light. The entrance and spacious foyer areas provide a spectacular welcome for pre drinks and canapés as well as fabulous registration or breakout areas during your event.
There are two pillarless event spaces located on the first floor, each feature the option of large dance floors.
Both rooms may be used as one large space, or portioned into smaller rooms ideal for lectures or presentations so your guests will be in perfect view of the stage regardless of their seated location.

The venue is split into two event spaces; both include well maintained parquetry floors, original timber bars, bathroom facilities and break out rooms.
The interior of the two event spaces feature unique finishes of timber and leather cushion paneling to create a modern and contemporary look. The colour palette is made up of warm blends of chocolate and taupe and are fully carpeted in our signature square design of neutral tones.
Floor to ceiling glass walls allow an abundance of natural light into the rooms, which are also capable of full blackout.

Doltone House Sylvania Waters is an ideal venue location and a very unique address for your next event. Just 15 minutes from Sydney airport and five-star accommodation, the venue may be accessed by taxi, bus or private transport. Secure parking is also available onsite. You may enter the event space via the ground floor stairs or dedicated lift.
