A Grand Wedding for Anton and Talin

From the moment they met, Anton and Talin believed they were soulmates. Having met each other at a wedding, Anton and Talin just knew straight away that they were meant to be.

THE PROPOSAL

It was later on a helicopter ride that Anton surprised Talin with the perfect day: a proposal followed by a romantic lunch.

THE GOWN

Wanting something opulent and unique, Talin enlisted the help of Steven Khalil to create her dream wedding gown. The off the shoulder look with floral embroidered detailing and tulle fabric created a chic and elegant style that we just love!

THE VENUE

Wanting a grand wedding, it was at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf that Anton and Talin celebrated their newly married life with friends and family. The couple said that it was the ‘exceptional’ catering and service that had them excited to celebrate their special day at the venue. Located at Pyrmont and offering spectacular water views Sydney Harbour Bridge, Jones Bay Wharf.

THE STYLING

Keeping to the opulent theme, they hired Bling Events to create the international wedding they had always dreamed of having. The venue was styled beautifully and featured white draping across the back walls and opulent ceiling installations that included fringe details and sparkling chandeliers throughout the space.

Each guest table had tall centerpieces with large bouquets of baby’s breath, white orchards, and tea lights that created a romantic and luxurious look throughout.

THE CATERING

The couple chose Doltone House catering for their wedding day; delighting guests with a selection of BBQ and chef seafood stations followed by a 4-course dinner. Starting with antipasto, followed by an alternate main featuring braised lambshank with creamy parmesan polenta, kale and red wine glaze and ending the night with a sweet note indulging in a decadent dessert of pistachio and raspberry slice and chocolate fondant.

THE FUTURE AND SOME WISE WORDS

Now enjoying their married life, Anton and Talin hope to have a family and enjoy life. To couples currently planning their wedding, they have shared some words of wisdom to help get through the wedding process.

On the planning process, they recommend that you trust the professionals as well as not to stress over everything.

On the wedding day, they say to enjoy the day and don’t let anything ruin it, create happy memories, and keep smiling.
