The stunning Emily & Jesse’s wedding was nothing short of magical. The ceremony took place on the family countryside estate at Chapel House Rydal by the beautiful lake. Close to 400 guests enjoyed post ceremony cocktail hour followed by a 6 course reception at The Foundations Portland, a short drive from the estate. The couple choose Catering by Doltone to put on the feast, having experienced the food and service during multiple occasions at Doltone House. “It feels like I’m having a meal right at one of their venues!” a guest at the wedding exclaimed.

 Deluxe Antipasto Sharing Platter

A selection of prime quality salumi premium meats, locally grown farm fresh mediterranean marinated vegetables, zucchini flowers, figs, lightly battered artichoke, finest Italian formaggio and Australian cheeses, handcrafted grissini

 

Seafood Sharing Platter

Fresh peeled and devined king prawns and Pacific oysters

 

Entrée (Alternate Serve)

Pumpkin and amaretti lasagna with pistachio, mustard fruits and sage burnt butter

Eggplant involtini with angel hair pasta, basil pesto and napolitana sauce

 

Main Course Sharing Platter

Pollo a La Italiana – Roast chicken with garlic and fresh garden herbs

Bistecca alla griglia – Grain-fed tomahawk with truss tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil

Oven roasted baby potatoes with rosemary and sea salt

Sautéed broccolini, sugar snaps with flaked almonds

Heirloom tomato garden salad

 

Dessert Room

House-made tiramisu, Classic spring pavlova, Cannoli with ricotta, chocolate and vanilla

 

Late Night Supper

Spaghetti aglio e olio – traditional home style spaghetti tossed in fresh garlic, parsley and olive oil with a hint of chilli
