DOLTONE HOUSE CELEBRATES 50 GOLDEN YEARS

Prime Minister says “Doltone is the standard”

We have reached a significant milestone that we would like to share with our valued clients and extended Doltone House family. Doltone House is celebrating 50 Golden Years of the brand from where it all started, our first venue, Sylvania Waters.

A warm and sincere thank you to all our clients, colleagues and industry friends for helping us reach this monumental milestone. Your event success has been our success.

We have come a long way – 25 years ago Paul Signorelli, Executive Chairman; Anna Cesarano, Chief Executive Officer and Nina Milazzo, Chief Operating Officer acquired Doltone House in Sylvania Waters from the Stubbs family.

Over 50 years, Doltone House has delivered over 67,000 events across our venue collection and catering services.

On Friday 25 October, we marked the occasion with an official plaque reveal by The Hon. Scott Morrison MP, Prime Minister of Australia in the presence of The Hon. Mark Speakman SC MP, Attorney General and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence, Councillor Carmelo Pesce, Mayor of Sutherland Shire along with industry associations and family members.

The Prime Minister Scott Morrison MP, remarked on the entrepreneurial nature, bravery, ambition and strong family ties of the Signorelli family who remain at the helm of Doltone House.

Mr Morrison said “Family gives a sense of love and welcome. When I think of the Signorelli family, who have been in business for so long, I think of a family who has an intense love and passion for each other, and that love overflows into the community they serve.

“I go to a lot of event places all around the country and I can tell you there are none better than Doltone,” he said.

“Doltone is the standard. It is not just the quality of the food or the quality attention that is put into how the room is set. Nothing is too hard. That’s a culture. It’s not just a business seeking to make a buck, it’s a business seeking to make a difference in the lives of its customers. They understand there is trust in them to take carriage of these important events.” – The Hon. Scott Morrison Prime Minister MP

Premier Gladys Berejiklian said in a videoed message, “It’s hard to be in Sydney and not have a connection to Doltone House”. Doltone House is part of the fabric of Sydney”.
