When Doltone House comes up in conversation, most people immediately associate the name with weddings and large-scale corporate events. But there’s much more going on at our venues than people might think!

Yes we have some amazing large size event spaces, but our collection of venues is also home to some of Sydney’s most unique and stylish small and medium sized party venues. If you don’t know about them, in our opinion you’re missing out!

The beauty of each of our smaller venues is that functions are what we do. From the moment you arrive at any of our venues, the event is all about you! No waiting to be served at the bar, no party pies and sausage rolls and best of all no stress that everything will run smoothly.

Whether you’re planning a birthday, engagement party, bridal shower, hens, anniversary or baby shower, when you host your party with Doltone you get a dedicated event planner to work with you across all the details. Design your own menu and upgrade your event with styling for a truly memorable experience.

Below we outline some of our hidden Sydney gems! Perfect for cocktail parties or private dining events for groups of 30 to 150.

SoHo

SoHo is a unique and sophisticated private function venue located on Sydney Harbour. Beautifully decorated by multi award winning interior designer Greg Natale, offering a contemporary split-level design with elevated harbour views.

SoHo can host cocktail style events of up to 120 people or seated banquet events of up to 60 people. A perfect venue choice for birthdays, engagements, christenings, cocktail parties, product launches, private dining and more.

Parkview

Parkview is a newly renovated private function space perfect for luncheons, parties and dinners. Superbly located in walking distance to Darling Harbour with a naturally lit New York inspired design.

Parkview has the added convenience of operable walls, which can be used to divide the space for smaller event purposes. At capacity, Parkview can accommodate 200 people for cocktail style events and up to 180 people for seated banquets.

Loft

Loft is a sleek multifunctional space split over three levels, ideal for unique events. Enjoy the modern design, exclusive waterfront location, flexible set up options, polished wooden floors, high ceilings, feature lighting and a large marble bar.

The unique split-level design of this venue can be utilised to maximise the event space, with a maximum capacity of 250 people cocktail style, or banquet seating for 160.

Manhattan

Contemporary ambience with a designer New York twist. Silver and cream decor punctuated with tones of sapphire blue. The perfect backdrop for social events, high tea and cocktail parties.

Located within our Hyde Park venue, this venue offers CBD convenience with ultimate elegance. With a maximum capacity of 200 people cocktail and 100 people seated, this light filled venue can be divided into two to accomodate smaller event purposes of 20 – 60 people.

Signorelli Gastronomia

Tastefully appointed and supremely versatile, Signorelli Gastronomia is the perfect setting for celebrating special occasions. The warm and inviting environment make it an ideal choice for lunch and dinner events, cooking classes and interactive cocktail parties.

Whether it is roaming canapés, interactive cooking demonstrations or a seated degustation, all menus are carefully crafted for every client and occasion. Suitable for groups of 10 – 130.
