ICESAP VIP PANEL DISCUSSION, HOSTED BY DOLTONE HOUSE

Globally, nationally and locally, major shifts are occurring in the business events industry. To stay ahead of the game, it’s more important than ever that we look at every aspect of how we organise events, from planning processes right through to event delivery and analysis.

We had the pleasure of hosting and taking part in an exclusive Industry Panel Session on behalf of the Incentive, Conference & Event Society this month in our Manhattan Room at Doltone House Hyde Park. Covering the topic of the Changing Times of the Business Events Sector, the invitation-only event was for Senior Corporate Meeting Planners, Event Agency Owners and Intermediaries. The panel was made of representatives of Corporate Clients, Event Agencies and Key Suppliers, discussing perspectives on current shifts.

Making up the panel were Fran Barlow (Microsoft) and Rita Perivolarys (Ernst and Young) representing the corporates, Natalie Simmons (CI Events) and Lisa Hopkins (BCD Meeting and Events) representing the agencies, and Avril Northbridge (Marriott International) and John Grealy (Doltone House) representing the key suppliers.

Hosted on the eve of the inaugural Get Global Trade Show, the panel discussion shared some great insights on the evolution of client, agency and supplier relationships with a focus on the rise of procurement, talent retention and recruitment and diversity. The Incentive, Conference & Event Society Asia-Pacific (ICESAP) is an exciting new peak body for the Incentive, Conference & Event Industry across all the markets of Asia Pacific. Doltone House are pleased to be partnering with ICESAP and working towards world-class industry standards.
