Of course you can! Along with many other extras, such as donut wall, slushie machine, candy station and many extras, we are able to create a memorable fun event.

Ask your event coordinator about existing school formal additions or suggest your own!

Security comes standard for all our events, including school formals. The safety and security of guests is our highest priority. Our security measures are in line with major venue and event security standards, ensuring Doltone House event attendees feel safe and welcomed.

Doltone House provides all the necessary staff to service your school formal according to the chosen package. This will include greet and meet staff to welcome guests and guide them to the event areas. Waiters to serve food and drinks, RSA qualified bartenders to serve alcohol to eligible guests. You will also have access to the venue manager for assistance during the whole event.

All our venues have unobstructed space indoors or outdoors for socialising and group activities. You are welcome to organise a group photoshoot in these areas as a part of your event.

Please confirm with your event coordinator, which options would best suit your school formal.

The cost of catering is included in your event package. School formals package consists of three course menu, including entree, main dishes and desserts. You will find a sample menu in the packages and will get a confirmed menu before booking an event with us.

We do cater for individual dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten-free, nut allergies, etc. We can also provide an alternative menu to fit your cultural or religious requirements, including halal food arrangements.

We provide our standard high quality tableware for all our events, including cutlery, plates and napkins.

Our in-house styling team will be able to provide alternative table arrangements, including centrepieces for additional pricing. Please speak to your event coordinator to get an idea for decorations and styling to suit your event theme.

We help you plan your event from the beginning, including assistance in choosing the right location, suggestions on styling, helping pick additions to make your event a success.

Our dedicated event coordinators will help you turn your ideas into a reality, looking after all the details of your school formal. You’ll receive event layout, food options and styling arrangements well in advance.
