Every couple has a vision for their special day, one that will make the entire experience unforgettable. For Ash and Paul this meant a venue that that was traditionally elegant and able to accommodate 210 of her closest friends and family.

“Not only did we feel like the staff of Doltone really supported our ideas and helped us to achieve them, but we also felt that from Paul Signorelli (owner of Doltone House), which highlights how important the customer experience is to Doltone House. This also proved how family-oriented and grounded Paul is and how this is also instilled throughout the staff at Doltone House.”

With so many guests attending Ash and Paul’s wedding on 20 October 2018; the staff at Doltone House were tasked with pulling off an exceptional experience for all attendees and the team delivered. “The Doltone House team was willing and available to help everyone.”

At their initial site visit to the gorgeous Darling Island venue Ash and Paul fell in love with the tall glassed ceilings, elegant chandeliers and checked black and white flooring, and knew it would create the perfect atmosphere for their special day. “Doltone House exceeded our expectations from service and food to room set up – faultless. Guests are still talking about it!”

From start to finish, Ash and Paul were impressed with the staff; “When planning our wedding, the Doltone House staff we dealt with were incredible!”
