Keeping it green

We use boxes and mailers that are made out of recycled materials and are bio-degradable for all our catering and experiences delivered to attendees. The box is insulated with WoolPack, a byproduct of sheep’s wool destined for landfill, as a refrigerant to maintain internal temperatures vs external ambient transport conditions.

To support the City of Sydney’s Sustainable Sydney 2030 Vision, Doltone House has designed sustainable menus with seasonality in mind. All our fruits, vegetables, protein and seafood are predominately sourced locally within NSW. We proudly support our local farmers and work towards a more green future.

DE BORTOLI wines included in the catering and experiences are sourced from local vineyards and were awarded the Australian business Awards Sustainability winner.
