Welcome to Signorelli Gastronomia’s Winter Sydney Cooking Classes, complemented by both local and fresh seasonal produce to enhance all aspects of your culinary cooking and dining experience. Our ‘hands on’ classes will educate, inspire and fulfill your appetite.

The beginning of Winter brings more than just the drop in temperatures, or the sudden reappearance of warm sweaters and scarves in our wardrobes. It’s also about food. As the days get shorter, the leaves fall and the air gets a chill, we not only have to change our wardrobe, but our fridges, pantries and general meal choices. Winter cooking involves adjusting to certain foods that warm you up and give you a feeling of satisfaction.

This season we have brought back your favourite classes: Pasta Master, Sausage, Pizza Dough 3-ways. As well as our usual favourites, we have also included two new classes:

• Bread Making - This class will teach you all you “knead” to know about making artesian bread. 
• Perfect Risotto Cooking Classes - Unlock the secrets of making truly beautiful risotto

Biaggio Cafe is excited to introduce "Friday Night Drinks" starting the 8th of March from 5pm. Head down after work, soak up the view from our spectacular waterfront venue overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and enjoy live entertainment while snacking on pizzas, Italian antipasto and cheese platters straight from the Signorelli Gastronomia kitchen.

AND if that isn't enough to ignite your sense, from 5pm-6pm we are offering a $6 Happy Hour on selected beers, wines and house cocktails. So don't miss out, see you next Friday after work.
